This is an EPA-registered broad range, liquid quaternary sanitizer. It is EPA approved for efficacy tolerance from 150 to 400 PPM. Usage is 1 oz. per 5.5 Gal. of water to obtain200 PPM sanitizer concentration.

Quaternary test strips (QT-40 or equivalent) to determine the concentration
Sanitizes without leaving chlorine bleach odors
Task areas: 3-compartment sink (3 sink), pots and pans, glasses, silverware, food preparation surfaces, cutting boards, food storage racks, equipment and equipment parts, non-porous hard surfaces
