Response From HB Alliance Group LLC: While most wipes would not harm your skin when using without gloves, the manuafacturers don't recommend using them as a hand-sanitizing wipe. Below, are the instructions and contents from one example, Clorox Wipes:
Usage Directions:It is a violation of Federal Law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. Not for cleaning or sanitizing skin. Use on hard, nonporous non-food-contact surfaces. To Clean: wipe surface, let air dry. To Disinfect: Wipe surface, use enough to keep surface wet for 4 min. Let air dry. For highly soiled surfaces, clean excess dirt first. To Sanitize and Deodorize: wipe surface, use enough to keep surface wet for 10 sec. For highly soiled surfaces, clean excess dirt first.
Ingredients: ACTIVE n-Alkyl (C14, 60%; C16, 30%; C12, 5%; C18, 5%) Dimethyl Benzyl Ammonium Chloride.0.184% n-Alkyl (C12, 68%; C14, 32%) Dimethyl Ethylbenzyl Ammonium Chloride.0.184% OTHER 99.632% CONTAINS NO PHOSPHORUS
